What's in every pouch

• Caffeine, 100mg: from green coffee beans. This is the energy.

• L-theanine, 30mg: a tea amino acid people like to pair with caffeine. The studies behind that pairing mostly used bigger servings than this, so think of it as a small addition, not the main event.

• Alpha-GPC, 30mg: a choline compound. Published research on it uses doses roughly ten times higher or more, so this is a supporting ingredient, not a focus promise.
