Each capsule is filled with milled leaf, so you skip the measuring and the toss-and-wash. How much kratom is in a capsule
Capsule count matters because dose is measured in grams of leaf, not in capsules. A "000" holds roughly double a "00," so read the fill weight on the label, not just the capsule count. Effects typically begin in 30–60 minutes — slower than a shot, because the capsule shell has to break down first.
Maeng Da vs. Bali vs. Borneo
Strain names refer to leaf vein color and regional processing, not a guarantee of a specific effect — alkaloid profiles vary by harvest. As a general starting point: white and green veins (common in Maeng Da) skew toward energy and focus; red veins (common in Bali) skew toward calm. The honest answer is that batch chemistry varies, which is why we publish a COA for each lot rather than promising a fixed effect.
