Our lineup splits three ways — kava shots for evening wind-down, kratom shots for daytime energy and focus, and kava-kratom blends that sit in between. Each product page links to the Certificate of Analysis for its current batch, so you can check the exact mitragynine or kavalactone content before adding to cart.
Which shot does what
Kava and kratom are not the same plant and don't act the same way. Kava (*Piper methysticum*) is a root traditionally prepared in the South Pacific. Kratom (*Mitragyna speciosa*) is a Southeast Asian tree whose leaves contain mitragynine. If you're new, start with one shot type rather than stacking them, and start below the full dose.
